Shortly after releasing their May Rotational Flavors, Blue Bell also announced a new flavor: Italian Cream Cake. This latest creation consists of a creamy vanilla ice cream with pieces of delicious Italian cream cake, shredded coconut, roasted pecans and a smooth cream cheese icing swirl. It joins Butter Crunch, Caramel Turtle Cheesecake, Coconut Fudge, Homemade in the Shade, Key Lime Pie, Lemon Bliss, Peaches & Homemade Vanilla, Red Velvet Cake, Southern Blackberry Cobbler and Southern Hospitality to round out the May Rotational Flavors. After the success of their last release, Caramel Turtle Cheesecake, I’ll be excited to see this one show up on shelves. Blue Bell’s latest trend of releasing a new flavor every month is hopefully one that will continue.
