Graeter's announced the return of their limited edition Pumpkin ice cream earlier today. Graeter's says, "
This rich gourmet ice cream is churned two gallons at a time in our French pot process and made with real pumpkin pie filling. Graeter’s Pumpkin Ice Cream is perfect straight from the container, or with a little whipped cream." Despite not living near any scoop shops, I hope I can track this down at some of my local specialty stores. Pumpkin Pie is a perfect inspiration for ice cream, and knowing Graeter's French pot process, this stuff should be spot-on.
