The story began 20 years ago. On his very first trip to Vietnam, a French man fell in love with this beautiful tropical country. An idea appeared in his head is to bring to Vietnamese market European-style premium ice cream with more nutrition by taking advantage of the fresh domestic tropical fruits and high quality material imported from Europe.
That French man was Jean Marc Bruno, an expert in ice cream industry, who graduated from Le Nôtre Paris, an internationally renowned patisserie school famous for training industry-leading professionalsfor the ice cream and French patisserie industry.
