Three Twins released their own line of ice cream sandwiches featuring some of their favorite flavors earlier today. These organic ice cream cookies come in Vanilla Bean and Sea Salted Caramel for the time being, but hopefully we'll see some of their other options soon. The Vanilla Bean variety is made up of organic vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip cookies and their Sea Salted Caramel versions feature organic caramel ice cream with sugar cookies.
