After a long day of traveling that started in Charlotte, NC (and included a lengthy delay at Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC), I've finally arrived in Burlington, Vermont. The fine folks at Ben & Jerry's had a nice care package waiting to help alleviate some of the headaches associated with flying these days. My day starts tomorrow at 9:15 AM and lasts until 5:15 PM where we'll cover a handful of different topics including: a digital and brand building marketing update, public relations, a luncheon with the CEO, Ben & Jerry's social mission, a trip to Scoop University, and fun with the research and development department.
