This pint of Mercer’s Wine Ice Cream is a dairy based in New York that became known for their wine ice cream back in 2007. Since then, they’ve racked up awards and accolades for their creation. Our reader found their Peach White Zinfandel, but they also offer Cherry Merlot, Chocolate Cabernet, Port, Red Raspberry Chardonnay and a Riesling. I’ve heard of beer and spirits being used in ice cream, but this is the first featuring wine.
