Jigarthanda with Jelly

Jigarthanda is a south Indian beverage. It originated in Madurai, a city in the Tamil Nadu state of India.Main thing needed is China grass( also known as kadal pasi or badam pisin).
Its also available in major super markets.







Ingredients

2 pieces,China Grass
200ml Milk 
2 small pack Fruit jelly
Chocolate chips(optional)
sugar


Direction

Put china grass in large bowl and add 500ml water.Soak it overnight.



Boil the milk in pan,till it turns thick.instead u also use Milkmaid.

Keep the milk to warm.Now add this milk,fruit jelly and sugar to china grass.

Keep this separately and refrigerate it.






Serving Instructions

Take a glass tumbler ,pour the chocolate chips in the top.
Serve chill this JIGARTHANDA.
