Over on our ever-expanding community at ICI Forums, we had a member recently share
an article she put together for the Phoenix New Times Blog titled 10 Crazy Ice Creams Made by Small-Batch U.S. Artisans. While most of these are from tiny companies that don’t mass-produce ice cream, Jeni’s Goat Cheese with Red Cherries managed to make the list (which can be seen below). I’d love the chance to try some of these, so let us know if you’ve had the chance of trying out any of these odd ice cream creations.
