Since taking part in
National Rocky Road Day back on June 2nd, I felt it my duty to celebrate
National Ice Cream Sandwich Day yesterday. For my rendition I used a fresh, locally-baked white chocolate cranberry bread. I carved off two thick slices and toasted them just enough for the white chocolate to begin to melt.
Then I packed it full of scoop after scoop of
Blue Bell's Summer Strawberry Pie, which I have a review for coming soon. The combination was incredible. So how did you celebrate? Feel free to let us all know in the comments section.
