As if I needed another reason to love Cafe Au Lait & Beignets from New Orleans Ice Cream Company, I recently ran across the largest concentration of their sugary swirl to date. This is the fourth pint I've scooped of this particular flavor and this just reignited my infatuation. The thick swirl was much larger than my spoon and was even able to outperform the beignet pieces scattered about.
