At a Newport Beach, California Carl’s Jr. location, corporate is currently testing out their new Hand-Scooped Strawberry Pop-Tart Ice Cream Sandwiches. This creation appears to be as simple as a scoop of vanilla ice cream placed between two Strawberry Pop-Tart halves. Although it’s not overly complicated and something easily made at home, the novel idea has the potential to make it past the test stage. I’m not sure what this says about mankind, but I’d probably pick one up if they made the cut into nationwide availability.
