Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream will expand once again on Friday, September 2013 when they open their new scoop shop in the historic 12 South neighborhood in Nashville. If you're in the area and would like to check out the second location to open up in your city, you'll be rewarded.
According to their website, "An open-to-the-public preview party with free ice cream—hosted by Jeni—will take place from 7-10 p.m. on the eve of the opening, Thursday Sept. 12. And the first 50 people in line will receive a limited-edition, commemorative poster! The shop is located at 2312 12th Ave. S. If you can make it, please come on out for the grand opening. Try the Nashville-inspired flavors Yazoo Sue with Rosemary Bar Nuts and Loveless Biscuits + Peach Jam (pictured above) or anything else in the dipping cabinet. We’d love to meet you!"
