Adaprathaman

Adaprathaman is one of my favor and traditional payasam of kerala,india.This payasam is prepared easily.The main ingredients for this payasam is adaprathaman.it is available in super markets.I used this instant adaprathaman otherwise you can make adaprathaman in home also.

Ingredients

AdaPrathaman-100g
Moong dal-100g
jaggery-200g
Cashewnut-depends
raisins-depends
cardoman-5 
Dry ginger powder-1/2 teaspoon
Milk(Thick)-100ml
Ghee-4tsp


Directions

Fried Moong Dal and Boiled in pressure cooked.Take 200g jaggery to minced it.



Boiled adaprathaman in water.Add Minced jaggery and Moon dal into the adaprathaman.
Boiled this prathaman for 10mins and so that it will leave the raw smell.



Powered the dry ginger powder,cardoman and add it to the payasam.Now add the milk make sure the stove is off so that the milk doesnt become curdly.



Finally add the fried Cashewnuts and raisin.Now Yummy payasam is ready to serve.
