Blue Bell continued the tradition of rolling out a new flavor practically every single month with their latest release: Magic Cookie Bar. With a description like sweetened condensed milk flavored ice cream with graham crust pieces, dark chocolate chunks, roasted pecans, coconut and caramel sauce, we couldn't wait to dig right into this container.
With the top removed, the sweetened condensed milk flavored ice cream, which we've never tried before, was absolutely littered with an extreme amount of mix-ins making it nearly impossible to try the base by itself. Our first bite included a smorgasbord of different ingredients, but the sugary sweetened condensed milk base was still able to shine through.
The big pieces of graham cracker crust, bits of dark chocolate, coconut, and caramel all added their individual tastes and textures to satisfy a magnitude of different ice cream desires. While Blue Bell's Magic Cookie Bar is also available in pint sized portions, after having our first bowl, we're certainly glad we sprung for the larger tub.
