Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream recently released two new flavors to their Flavors from Earth Holiday Collection. Boozy Eggnog takes sweet, velvety eggnog laden with cinnamon, spiked with pure Kentucky bourbon, and blended with nutmeg and grass-grazed cream--the taste of the holidays. Dark Chocolate Peppermint is a full-flavored, toothsome, dark chocolate ice cream with potent Oregon peppermint. Flavor bursts open and cuts through very cleanly. A classic holiday combination: chocolate and mint. I've loaded my virtual cart full with all six flavors of this collection numerous times, but it may be time to pull the trigger with these latest additions.
