READER REVIEW: Bob's Review of Handel's Coffee Chocolate Chip

Imagine taking some fresh coffee grounds (on the ligher side, not a medium blend or dark blend) and blending them into a nice thick base of ice cream. Handel's is a homemade company that makes their stuff every morning (with over 30 flavors) and I have to admit, this is much thicker than a classic Ben & Jerry's consistency.

The chocolate chips are all over the place, and while they are not Graeter's thick, they are still very present. Think about the amount of caramel truffles you get with Sea Salt Caramel from Talenti and this is what the chocolate chips are like. Truly, in every single bite. They aren't rock hard like the ones in Ben & Jerry pints. These are on the softer side like a chocolate bar and are very rich in taste.

Overall, the coffee flavor with its lighter roast taste and tons of chocolate chips makes for an amazing pint that tops the same flavor from Grater's.
